Reverend Brian T. Moore

Reverend Brian T. Moore is the Chief Operating Officer of Moore Counseling & Mediation Services, Inc. (MCMS).  He and his wife, Dr. Martina Moore, co-founded MCMS in 2000.  Their organization currently provides mental health and substance abuse counseling at six locations located in four counties throughout Northeastern Ohio.

 Rev. Moore currently serves the City of Euclid as Ward 2 Councilman, as well as several boards in the community, including: the Euclid Chamber of Commerce (past board chair), Euclid Family YMCA and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Currently, he is the Chair of Planning and Zoning for the city of Euclid.  He also serves on the Euclid Avenue Transportation for Livable Communities Initiatives (TLCI) committee.  Rev. Moore is a community liaison in the city of Euclid, where he links businesses, government, and church to collaborate on projects focused on community improvement.

 Rev. Moore is the CEO of Marketplace Christian Ministry Services, where he leads the agency’s vision and direction of providing counseling, education, and ministerial leadership development.  He is a licensed and ordained Chaplin and Minister.   In addition, he is founder of the Northcoast Pastor and Ministry Alliance.

 Since 2009, Rev. Moore has been a member of Lake Shore Christian Church and currently serves as an Associate Minister.

 Rev. and Mrs. Moore are also the founding members of Kingdom Couples, a marriage ministry dedicated to helping couples with maintaining their covenant of marriage.

 Rev. Moore is currently attending a dual-program candidate at the McCreary Center for African American Religious Studies and Ashland Theological Seminary in preparation for his Master of Divinity degree.  He has worked in leadership in various non-profit and for-profit organizations for the past 20 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and engagement as a practical public speaker.
